Perfect for current or prospective block captains to coordinate, discuss neighborhood concerns, and plan initiatives.
Association Meetings: Every 2nd Tuesday of the month, 6:30–7:30 PM
Open to all MVP residents—homeowners and renters alike. Share ideas, stay informed, and help shape our neighborhood’s future.

May 17: Smoke Detector Distribution, 10:00 AM–2:00 PM - Stop by to pick up free smoke detectors and help keep MVP safe!
June 19: Movie Night @ Harbor Park, 6:00 PM - Bring chairs, blankets, and your favorite snacks for an outdoor film under the stars.
July 17: S’mores @ Harbor Park, 6:00 PM - A casual evening of sweet treats, conversation, and fun.
Aug 2: Block Party, 11:00 AM–1:00 PM - Our biggest summer bash! Enjoy music, games, and free food as we come together to celebrate.
Sept 20: MVP Neighborhood Clean-Up, 9:00 AM–12:00 PM - Roll up your sleeves to spruce up our streets and green spaces. Tools and gloves provided.
Fall Fest with Scan (TBD) - Celebrate the season with pumpkin decorating, treats, and family fun. Date and details coming soon!
